Top 10 New Year's Resolution

Happy 2010 everyone! Most of us had lots of struggle last 2009. Market was down, people are afraid, few people we know experienced the recession happening around the globe. It's nice to know that we are still alive and there's still hope to a brighter and better future.

I'd like to share with you one of the take-away notes I got from the training that I've attended last night. Every year, most of the people we know have new year's resolution. It is because we want change. It is true that if we change something, we change the results.

Below are the Top 10 New Year's Resolutions (not in chronological order):
1. Spending more time with family and friends
2. Being healthy
3. Weight Loss
4. Quit Smoking
5. Enjoying life more
6. Stopping Bad Habits
7. Getting out of debts
8. Learning something new
9. Change Image
10. Getting Organized

One way or another, we had the same resolutions as above. And if you are like me, we know we have to do something about it or else we wouldn't like to result of our non-action by end of 2010. But we are caught in an endless cycle of procastination.

New Year Resolutions are actually a checkpoint of our lives. It might be that our subconscious mind is saying to our conscious mind to do some actions with bad habits that we had last year.

Listen carefully to your subconscious self. Because, you actually already know what to do. All you have to do is listen, analyze, and just do it...

Before I end this blog, I want to share with you my analyzation with the list above. Will you agree with me that all resolutions that I have listed are connected with having enough money to be able to accomplished them?

Take a step at a time,
